Today I found one called "Future." It called out to me and I wanted to share it with you.
Each section starts with a question. So today the My Question for God is:
"I'm afraid that trusting God means he will lead me where I don't want to go. How can I stop worrying about the future?
Take a moment with God:
Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart's desires. Psalm 37:4
My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life. John 10:10
May he grant your heart's desires and make all you plans succeed. Psalm 20:4
"I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
God's plans are always good. His desires for you will fulfill and satisfy you. If your mind and heart are truly in tune with God's will, you'll never be led where you don't want to go. God changes your heart before he adjusts your plans for the future. Let Him change your heart. Since God alone knows the future, no one can plan for it better than He.
His Divine Promise:
HE FILLS MY LIFE WITH GOOD THINGS. Psalm 103:5
Many, many thanks to Sister Charlotte and Sister Ginger for bringing us a way to come together and share our Faith with one another. They can be found HERE
The Heart of a Child
Whatever you write on the
heart of a child
No water can wash away;
The sand may be shifted
when billows are wild
And the efforts of time
may decay.
Some stories may perish,
Some songs be forgot,
But this graven record --
Time changes it not.
Whatever you write on the
heart of a child,
A story of gladness or
care,
That heaven has blessed or
earth has defiled,
will linger unchangeable
there.
