I wanted to share some photos of my backyard that I took during the past week or so. Everything is so green and lush due to the very rainy spring we've had this year! Most of the area behind my house has been left natural and is quite overgrown. This area is planted with Coleus and Dusty Miller.
I just love this little mermaid statute and I placed her in the birdbath - she looks so cute there! I took the wooden bench from the front of the house and brought it to the back lawn when several of the Dwarf Alberta Spruce trees died during a drought a few years ago. Don't you just love that three story birdhouse?
It was a yard sale find a few years ago.
My Impatiens in a clump of Lily of the Valley and a wooden chair with another pot of Impatiens near a Hibiscus bush. That is a wooden basket on the chair beside the flower pot.
This is a view of the back of my house and the patio. I really need to get someone to come out and power wash the siding! This rainy spring has really taken its toll! Well, there you have it I hope you enjoyed my "garden tour!"
