MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have not been on The Daisy Chain in a while...not since I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in November. I am going for a second opinion after Christmas and I will have more to tell you all then.  Thank you for your prayers and loving wishes...~Jean

Jean, so sorry to hear of your diagnosis, but we serve a big God. You will be in my prayers.

Jean, I am just getting to this! I have been a whirling dervish for almost two weeks now, mainly due to unexpected events.

You had mentioned that you needed prayer without details (in a comment) so I prayed without knowing details to the All Knowing One.

Now that I know more, I can pray differently. A friend of mine calls it "an adventure of prayer" and has taught me to pray for every decision or event no matter how large or small throughout the journey. I hate cancer with a passion. I am going to be "adventuring" in prayer with you until you have complete victory over it.

I don't know any other way except to stop in here periodically to make sure you know that you are STILL on my prayer list and I haven't forgotten you. Don't feel the need to respond.

I just want you to know it periodically.

Hi Jean,
I came to check on you!
I too have been "away" from my blog. But I have thought of you and didn't know how to reach you to say "Hello"...thought I would drop a line here and see what happens.

Jean, I have been such a bad blogger...not visiting much on the internet....I just saw this on Jillian's post and had to come over and tell you that I am sending you lots of prays and hugs. I am so glad it was caught early. Please know I will be thinking of you and praying for this to all be over soon....with a zillion good days ahead!

L, Dana
