Can you believe I snapped this robin's picture before he/she flew off? It must have been as startled as I was!
As I continue my "walkabout," I see some really pretty Forsythia blooming inside a pool area and I just HAVE to snap a picture!

Here is some of our common ground with a basketball court and where we have Association picnics in the summer. Everyone brings chairs, tables, food, blankets etc. and the Homeowner's Association provides the grills for the hamburgers and hot dogs.
I just love this Weeping Willow that is just starting to show a hint of green.
This is where boats and trucks are to be parked.

A pretty little pear tree just starting to bloom.

So ends my walk for this day, anyway, and some lovely pictures of my neighborhood. I hope you enjoyed waking along with me and, if you have, you can go to Susan at A Southern Daydreamerto see more Outdoor Wednesday posts.

The weather has been so nice here in the NE this Spring! It looks like you had a nice walk. Your faffodils look so pretty!
What a beautiful neighborhood...forsythia is so showy and great!!!
You live in a very nice neighborhood. You did very well on your walk capturing so many pretty sights along the way. I participate in Pink Saturday. Our hostess for that day is Beverly at http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog. She ask that we feature someone we have not visited before on that day. I would like to introduce you to the great pink ladies next Saturday. You will enjoy her blog.
A lovely walk, Ms. Daisy. I didn't know about the picnics before... we'll have to make sure we are visiting the next time a picnic is scheduled!
I was at Thoughts From Meme's Corner and found you! What a lovely blog and a great walk! I am loving this warmer weather! Time to lace up the walking shoes! Happy Spring! Hugs Anne

I'm only a fan of spring after the pollen blows away, which seems to take forever. It is a beautiful season.
