My little cherub is watching the Celosia I just planted. (and I just noticed, I should have raked before taking this picture.)
Anyway, remember the zinnias I planted from seed around Mother's Day, well this was about two weeks later.
Along with the grape tomato that I planted inside the enclosure, I planted some other tomatoes - one called Ramapo and the other Better Boy. I can hardly wait for them to produce those red, juicy globes.
Okay trumpets please! These are the zinnias today (and I even transplanted some to the other side of the plot.) They should prosper and grow to their full 3' tall splendor and I can hardly wait. I will transplant them again when they grow a little taller.One of the most satisfying things I can do is to partner with God in the growing process and it truly is a Simple Pleasure.

Zinnias are one of my favorite flowers to grow, Jean. I enjoy watching everything grow and am always amazed at how fast they grow overnight. Enjoy1

I love zinnias! They make the best pickers and seem to the the gift that keeps on giving.
(Not in my garden, of course, but my mother's garden.)
