I love this azalea bush...I planted three here under this tree but this is the only one that survived and this year it is bigger and more beautiful than ever! A very pretty salmon color, it is a favorite.

In this picture, you can see how wide it is - spanning the double trunk of the tree - but it is hiding something...

There it is - my shy little angel sitting on a block at the bottom of the tree!

Ms. Daisy-thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me a sweet comment. That is a beautiful azalea bush-one of the prettiest ones I have seen. And the little angel hidden back there. I bet your garden is really pretty and relaxing.
Oh, these are lovely.... a real pleasure, to be sure!
I have one azalea but it wasn't near this pretty. I think maybe because I didn't know to cut it back. Will try that for next year. Yours are beautiful
so pretty...a real simple pleasure. Funny how nature and flowers are the absolute best...
It's beautiful and a treat for my eyes since all of our azaleas are long gone by now.
Lovely photos here!! really nice 'simple pleasure'!
So lovely, Jean. I'm a lover of all things gardening, especially those little whimsical surprises. We finally had to cut down our azalea bush; it had become a little disoriented, for lack of a better word. Yours is beautiful.
A true simple pleasure and many of us this week are sharing it, me included. I have a couple of azaleas in darker shades of pink than yours and I love them.
That is a gorgeous azalea bush, Jean...and I love your little angel sitting there at the bottom of the tree.
